The Berlin correspondent -of The Times says that the German Government has decide on a counter measure to Poland’s prohibtion on the import of German goods. It is pointed out that even apart from coal, the German market is more important to Poland than vice versa, and in the reprisals contest Poland is likely to be the greater sufferer.
