“INDUSTRIOUS AND THRIFTY.’’ (Received Friday* 12.10 a.in.) BRISBANE, This Day. ' The Consul-General for Greece libs written to the Premier traversing the criticisms of Greek<immigrants. He claims that the Greeks are industrious and thrifty,’and warmly denies the allegations that their premises are insanitary. He also denies the charges of immorality in certain cases. He stated that he intends to forward to the Greek Government a comprehensive report on the whole matter. — (P.A.)
