(Lieut.-Colonel Russell Moore served in France in 1914, in Ireland in 1916TS, as Deputy-Director of Supplies •Transport, and in Russia in 19.15-20 in a similar capacity. Air R. Pringle is one of the leading members of the Liberal Party. His rejection at the genera detection was one of the surprises of the polls.
