Iu the Magistrate’s Court before Justices of the Peace, John Thomas Martin, charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of Thomas •Brazier Brattle, better known as Thomas Hendrick, who was found dying on the roadside on March IStb. Accused reserved liis defence, and was committed for trial.
