MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE.
MOTORIST COMMITTED FOR TRIAL (By Telegraph—Press Association.) STRATFORD, Monday. Iu the Magistrate’s Court before Justices of the Peace, John Thomas Martin, charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of Thomas •Brazier Brattle, better known as Thomas Hendrick, who was found dying on the roadside on March IStb. Accused reserved liis defence, and was committed for trial. Bail was allowed in a sum of £2OO, and two sureties of £IOO each, the accused to report to the police daily and prohibited from entering hotels or driving a n «,gor car until his trial.
