LONDON SALES. BETTER TONE FOR CROSSBRED. LONDON, Wednesday. At the wool sales there was a. fair selection of Merinos, chiefly Continental sorts. Opening rates wore confirmed. There was a good offering of crossbreds, for which there was a better tone, and quotations were fully firm. — Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
