HANNAN DEFEATS FOGWELL. BLENHEIM, Saturday. There was ideal rowing weather and smooth water all the way for the sculling championship of New Zealand on the Wairau between Fogwcll (holder) and Hannan (challenger). Hannan won comfortably by 10 lengths in 15.50. Hannan’s supporters aro anxious ho should challenge the winner of the Hadfield-Paddon race. He is greatly improved on his performance against Arnst. He had a new boat and his wrist is completely recovered.
