RECOGNITION PROPOSED. LONDON, Friday. The Allied experts’ conference, after a lengthy debate, recommend recognition of the. Soviet immediately after the Genoa Conference, also that recognition should not be dependent on any probationary period on the part of Russia. The French delegates strongly op : posed the recommendation. The conference is now drafting a general treaty for the creation of a Russian debt commission which will act as accountant for the creditor nation. —Aus. and N.Z. Cablo Assn.
