ALLEGED MANSLAUGHTER.
A DRIVER CHARGED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Saturday. At the Police Court this morning, Thomas Day, the driver of the horse and, trap that killed a little boy at Kensington on the 16th inst., was charged with having committed • manslaughter, and, on the application of the police, was remanded till April Ist.
