AMATEUR ATHLETICS.
SPRINGBOKS ON N.Z. TOUR. SYDNEY, Tuesday. The Springboks, who arrived by the Maheno, report ha ving had a successful U.ur in New Zealand. The manager states that amateur athletics have a much wider appeal to the centies outside the larger cities in New Zealand than in Australia. The meetings were excellently supported in the minor towns. —Press Assn.
