MaSTERTON Mr. R, Brown reports on the readings Shade temperature: Maximum 64, minimum 4S.S, terrestrial 45.6, bright sunshine Shrs 30min. SOLWAY RAINFALL. Mr H. M. Boddington reports that . rain fell on six days in December last, the maximum fall being 100 points, on the 2Sth, and the minimum 3 points, on the 14th. The total for the month was 163 points, as against 2.33 (1919), 5.10 . (191 S), 3.64 (1917), 2.33 (1916), 222© (19.15). The total rainfall for the 12 months was 42.16 inches, as compared with 29.93 (1919), 44.3 S (1918), 40.28 (1917), 37.54 (1916), 31.51 -(1917). The average rainfall for the 10-year period 1905-1914 was 42.01 inches. Mr 11. M. Boddington reports that rain fell on eight days in January, the maximum fall being 67 points, on the 16th.
