On Herr Mueller declaring that lie would be unable to form a Cabinet, Herr Ebert asked Doctor Helnze, .’lie chairman of the People’s Party, lo form a Ministry. The “Tageblatt” says that Heinze strenuously opposed the Kapp coup, and is more suitable to fill the role ol: mediator than most of his party friends.
