TWO SIGNALS. There are two serious signals for kidney ills. The first signal comes from the back, with numerous aches and pains, and the second signal comes in the kidney secretions. The urine is thin and pale ,or too highly coloured and showing “brock dust" like deposits. Urination is infrequent, too frequent or excessive. You should heed these danger signals before chronic complications set in—Diabetes, Dropsy, Bright’s Dis ease. Take Doan’s Backache Kidney Pills in time and the cure is simple: Mrs P. Parkes, Mann Street, Pah iatua, says: —“Twelve months ago my husband was suffering terribly with hut kidneys. He had agonising pains in his back which handicapped him a lot at his work, and he could not stoop or move about freely without increased torture. The kidn-y secretions were thick and cloudy, and contained a red sedimen , and his rest at was much disturbed. One day he heard good reports of Doan’s Backache Kidney Pills, so he got a bottle to try them, &r.d they proved a blessing. After taking them for a few days, the pain in his back was easier, and he seemed better in other ways. Thus encouraged, he continued using the pills, with the result that five bottles completely cured him. The constant backache has gone, the secretions are clear and regular, and he sleeps well at night. Doan’s Backache Kidney Pills are splendid and worthy of high recoin mendation." Four years later Mrs Parkes says:— “My husband is still well, and has had no return of kidney trouble since his cure was effected over four years ago.’’ Doau’s Backache Kidney Pills are sold by all chemists and storekeepers at three shilling., per bottle (six bottles 16s 6d), or will be posted on receipt of price by FosterMcClellan Co., 76 Pitt Street, Sydney. But, be sure you get DOAN’S.
DISPENSE WITH GLOVES. Before gardening, cleansing a motor-car black-leading a range, etc., a few drops Q-tol rubbed well into the hands and wrists makes the skin practically dirt-proof. In other words the dirt cannot become ingrained, and, remaining on the surface, is readily removed with cold water and plain soap.*
