At the inter-varsity sports four intervarsity records were broken. Leadly, of Sydney, covered 220 yards in 22 3-ssecs. Harbison, of Sydney, won the high jump with sft 9J in., McMillan, of Melbourne, won the mile in 4min 37 4-ssec; and Dodds, of Melbourne, won the hammer-throwing with 1044 ft.
