METHODIST GUILD.
WOMEN’S MISSIONARY AUXILIARY. The first meeting of the recently'formed Women’s Missionary Auxiliary in connection with the Masterton Methodist Ladies ’ Guild, was held at the re-, sidence of Mrs. B. Iveson, "Hedon,” Essex street, yesterday afternoon. There was a splendid attendance of inembers and friends, presided over by the Rev. J. Cocker. Various matters in connection with the Auxiliary were discussed, and arrangements made for the ensuing year. During the afternoon the following programme was rendered: —Piano solo, Miss Alice Jones, A.T.C.L.; songs, Misses Bennington and Evelyn Jones; recitations, Mrs Cairns and Miss Coyla Cairns. Afternoon tea was dispensed by the hostess. The next meeting of f he Ladies’ Guild will be held at Mrs Elliott’s home, Colombo road, on June 15th.'
