NEW THEATRE AT AUCKLAND
J. AND N. TAIT ENTERPRISE. (By Telegraph —Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Saturday. Messrs J. and N. Tait have acquired a 50-year lease of a property in Queen Street, and propose to spend £25,000 on the erection of a new building, including a theatre, shops and offices. Work will be commenced in a year’s time, on the expiry of the existing leases.
