M Pilsudski has issued a proclama- ■ tion, stating that his forces have entered Ukraine to expel the Bolsheyks, and would remein till the Ukrainian Government had been established. They would then, withdraw. M Petlura has issued a proclamation’that the .Polisli-Ukrainian agree- ' ment was established to fight the common enemy of Bolshevism till it « defeated.
