Sir William Fraser (Minister in charge of the Royal tour) from Hamilton last evening, regarding dress regulations in connection with the visit of the Prince?— “I have to advise for your information that His Royal Highness will be ,in plain clothes (lounge suit) while travelling by train and on arrival in yoiir town. While Hjs Royal Highness is anxious that all concerned should please themselves as to style of dress, still he hopes that at the civic reception to, b.C extended to him on arriving in 'your town no special dress should be./yqrp,, but that "all citizens, including returned soldiers, will wear plain clothes.”

TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS. WELLINGTON, This Day. The royal train will arrive in Wanganui this, afternoon, and will leave tomorrow for Napier, stopping on route at il.ii.rton, Feilding, Palmerston North, and arriving at Napier at 1.30 p.m. The train will leave Napier on Wednesday for Wellington, via Watrarapa, stopping on route at Hastings, \vaipukurau, DaiineVirkc,. Wbodviile, MasTertqn, Carterton and Featherston, reaching Wellington at 7.30 p.m.

REVISED WELLINGTON PLANS. The Royal train will arrive at Lambton station from the Wairarapa at; 7.30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Prince will be received and welcomed at the railway station by His Worship the Mayor and councillors, on behalf of the citizens. Leaving the station, His Royal Highness w>.U, pi‘°ceed to Government House. p On Thursday the citizens’ reception will be held'at the Town Hall at 12.30 ->.m., and the citizens’ ball will bo held on Friday.
