(Received Tuesday, 12.20 p.m.) BERLIN, Monday.’ German woollen industries are being rapidly revived, despite the high cost of raw materials. Prices for finished goods, including many mixtures, are at present far below the world’s average. The Germans are' attempting a wool exchange at Hamburg; similar to Antwerp.
