WORKERS IN RUSSIA.
MILITARY DISCIPLINE NEEDED(By Electric Telegraph. —Copyright.) (Reuter’s Telegrams.) CHRISTIANIA, Saturday. The All-Russias Trade Union Congress resolved on the necessity of workers submitting to military discipline at work. It also resolved in favour of a campaign against attempts to avoid work, and the adoption of a system of feeding workers in proportion to the economic and social importance of their labour.
