The United States has decided that it will not be represented at the San Remo conference. ARMENIAN PROBLEM. LONDON, Saturday. Although the situation in Uerinany will dominate the work of the San Remo conference, the Turkish Treaty will be dealt with, involving an important decision regarding Armenia. It is authoritatively stated that'wliatever the Supreme Council’s reply to the League 'of Nations’ objections to accepting a mandate, Turkey will not retain the suzerainty of Armenia. COMMERCIAL RELATIONS RESUMED PARIS, Saturday. An official decree has been published re-establishing commercial relations with the Central Powers.
