Rating Area, Being All that area of in the West Riding of the County Castlepoint, and being Parts of Sections 156, 824, 159, 825, 827, 826, 828, 398, 115, 179, 178, 119, 121, 138, 302,and 303, and All of Sections £ll, 812, 153/55, 300/1, 304/6, 400/2, 399, 1/6/7/, 158, 397, and 180 of Blocks 111., TV., VL, VII. of the Mangapakeha Survey District. - • ■ The term' of the Loan to be for a pbriod of 364 years, and- the ment of same will be provided -for by the issue of Debentures m terms of the r said Act and the regulations thereunder.
