MT. BRUCE SCHOOL.
MEETING OF COMMITTEE.
A meeting of the Mount Bruce School Committee was held last night, when there were present: Messrs E.. S. Jenkins (chairman), F. Dawson, J. Campbell and W. Fife.
A long discussion took place upon manifestos received from «the Education Boards , Association, and the New Zealand Educational Institute.
While recognising the good work that has been done in the past by the Education Boards, the Committee expressed the opinion that the time has now arrived when a change should be madfr in the administration of school The manifesto of the Edueatiooafcjlestitute, which has for its chjJtrobjfet the abolition of Education Bfertls, was supported by the Committefr.
