WHEN VOTING TO-MORROW. '
To avoid mistakes and the eonse* quent loss of votes, we desire to iaw press upon voters the following:—
When voting for the Parliamentary. representative the voter must make a mark thus X in the square opposite the representative he or she wishes to vote?for.
In the two oases of licensing voting" the voter lias to strike out all the issues except one on each voting paper.
