Ono section advocated direct action fco the extent of polling the crew out, but moderate counsels prevailed, and it was decided to cable the Now Zealand Government, resenting the Union Co. 's action and the Government's approval; also insisting that tho Mannka carry a full complement of! Nevr Zoalanders.
