AGREEMENT IN CHUISTCHURCH.

evening sessions tin , assessors came to an agreement on the following clauses:
Picture shows ke-eping open not less than -t> hours a week: ticket sellers, i-'Ss; ticket takers (youths or girls), 3(5 hours, £1. 10s; ticket lakers (men), Ml hours, i' 2 /is; ushers, .">(> hours, £1 10s; relieving ticket-takers or ushers, 17 hours, 20s. All time worked over and above the hours stated, up to 44 hours, to In- paid for at the rate of time and a-ha If.
Night shows, including all classes of entertainment: Ticket-sellers, ticket takers, ushers, barrier men and packers, ,'is till per performance. Hours of work: Ticket sellers, 2.? hours per night, and 2 hours per matinee; ticket takers, ushers, barrier men and packers, 6.45 p.m. till closo of show, tho same principle applying to matinees.
Casual workers, engaged not less than
one week, 5s per performance; if for more than one week and less than two weeks, 4s per performance; overtime to be paid at the rate of timo and a-half.
Caretakers, 48 hours per week, £3, and if required to take tickets or act as ushers, 12s 6d extra. Tf at the direction of employer a, caretaker works on Sunday, the hours worked shall be computed as double time when computing the 48 hours. Cleaners to be paid Is .'ld per hour. Caretakers are to be given seven days-* holiday annually on full pay, and other permanent workers seven days' holiday on hnlf p-ty. The term of (lie award is to be two years, and it is to come into effect on -Tune 30th.
