Tho Times' Washington'correspondent states that if the/ Chinese Peace Conference at Shanghai fails to settle its differences it is likely that the Great Powers will tell the Pekin and Canton. Governments that Chinese peace and unity must be re-establisned before the Powers will a.ssist China to develop her resources.
