RAILWAY MANAGER.
MR HILEY RETIRES
Mr R .W. McVilly, previously As-sistant-General Manager of Railways, takes over as from to-day the duties of General Manager of Railways in place of Mr E. Hiley, whose engagement with the Now Zealand Government terrain ated yesterday.
Mr Hiley, it is understood, will leava New Zealand for the Old Country by the Remuera on Juno sth'next.
