KAROLYI'S PLOTTING.
■ Received Wednesday, at 12.10 p.m.) BERNE, Tuesday. Reports from Budapest state that Count Karolyi for months past had been negotiating with the Russian Bolsheviks with tho object of introducing Bolshevism into Boumania and Jugoslavia. Tt is alleged that the Russian and Hungarian armies are co-operating against Roumania with the object of threatening the frontier.
