Valentine, :i member of the Amalgam-* ated Engineers' Society, refused to joist the Railway Building and Mechanics* , Society. Tho officials threatened to caUI a strike if Valentino was not β-iseiarg-* cd, although the Amalgamated Society insisted on retaining him,
Mr Justieo Astbury granted, an in* junction against the officials from aaj. action preventing Valentino disposing of his labour aa he willed.
