EXPECTED SHORTLY.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) (Received Wednesday, ICUO a.m.)
DUBLIN, Tuesday.
Sinister developments threaten Ireland, where action is imminent by both tho political and industrial ranks of the Republican movement.
Battle cries will be raised for the release of Sinn Fein prisoners and a 40----hour week, which will probably prove the rallying-ground. Three-quarters of tho population aro Sinn Fein.
The Executive until Friday night had the best possible reason, to believe that, the prisouers, whereof thirty out of ninety are Ms.P., will be immediately liberated. They now know that there is little prospect of their liberation. Accordingly, the Sinn Fein Executive will go ahead with its plau3, which wero matured weeks ago.
The Fenian section of the Sinn Fein movement has now complete control, while tho extreme Bolsheviks entirely control the Labour side.
