Sir Thomas Mackenzie (New Zealand High Commissioner) has informed , leading soft goods firms that Now Zealand is able to manufacture woollens at pri-» ces lower than Britain.
A large buyer of woollens in London! states that he can buy woollens fron* •New Zealand 25' per cent below the cost of similar goods in Britain. ■■
