AERIAL SERVICE.
CARRIAGE OF GOODS.,
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) (Eeceived Tuesday, 9.20 a.m.) LONDON, Monday. Owing to the congestion on the Belgian docks, an aerial goods service from Folkestone to Ghent has begun under the auspices of the Air Ministry. Ten aeroplanes made a daily trip, carrying a total of five tons of food and clothing.
It is intended to extend the service to Antwerp and Brussels.
