A HUN WHINE.
(Received Tuesday, 8.40 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, Monday. There is an outcry in Germany agaiinst the armistice clause demanding agricultural machinery for Belgium and northern France instead of undelivered railway rolling stock.
The "Frankfurter Gazette" states that the demand will completely prevent Germany recovering.
