RIOTS AT GLASGOW.
SOLDIERS GUARDING VULNERABLE POINTS.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) (Received Tuesday, 10.5 a.m.) LONDON, Monday. Soldiers, wearing steel helmets, are guarding the vulnerable points at Glasgow. Barbed wire and wireless apparatus have been placed at the City Hall. Many robberies are reported at Bel-
fast. The Scottish Trade Unions' Conference passed a resolution endorsing the claim of forty hours, and demanding the release of the leaders, Sherwell, Gallagher and Kirkwood.
