ALARMIST REPORTS.
(Received Monday, 9.30 a.m.; PARIS, Friday. President Wilson complains of the alarmist reports published in the newspapers regarding the Conference's discussion on the colonies. He declared that the reports of a breach of confidence obviously emanated from a British source.
