SPARTACISTS SURRENDER.
LONDON, Thursday
A Copenhagen massage states that the Spartacists at Cuxhaven and Wilhelmshaven have surrendered. A state of siege was declared at Wilhelmshaven, and the Spartacists declared Wilhelmshaven an. independent republic on January 27th, but the people dec-lared a general strike and demanded tb.e arrest of the Workmen, Soldiers and Sailors' Councils.
The Spartacists agreed to negotiate, but entered the Reichsbank »nd removed two million marks to the barracks. Street fighting followed, in wid<*.h the Spartacistg were compelled to surrender,,
