DUTCH JOB STEALERS.

Express' Amsterdam correspondent says that the Essen women decided that no more neutral workmen shall come to Krupps . One German was sent to the front for every Dutchman employed. The women mobbed and stoned the last body of Dutchmen - ,-' , crying, "Down with neutral job. stealersl." The German'police were helpless.
