HAMILTON V. HAMILTON.

Herbert Hamilton was charged at th 0 Masterton Police Court this morning with having failed to make payments under an order for the maintenance of Ms wife. Mr Noble* appeared for defendant. .Mr S. J. Moran, counsel for Mrs HamdlAj, said that the order was niado on mlch 21st for the payment of 30s a week, but defendant had not made any payments. Hamilton, in. evidence, said that he - had not been in a position to make pay- ,. .nments on the order.
