FRESH PEASANT RISING PROBABLE.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) AMSTERDAM, Tuesday. The Ukrainian Government has arrested the ex-Ministers of War and Commerce and several others on a charge of fomentiug a revolution to overthrow the Government. There are indications of a fresh, pea. sant rising. The peasants are well organised and have ample arms. They have seized Tarsehtcha and Lcpovets and other districts. Landowners who returned on the strongth of a German guarantee of safety have been compelled, to leave agriculture at a standstill.
