FRICTION OVER TURKISH NAVY.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association > COPENHAGEN, Tuesday. Telegrams- fxom Constantinople state that relations between Germany and Turkey have been severed owing to the German demand that Turkey handi over her navy. Excitement against Germany,is growing owing to last week's events. The Germans demanded that the cruiser Hamidje should be handed. over as compensation for the Breslau, destroyed a-t the Dardanelles. The Hamidje, under the German flag, has gone to Sebastopol, despite Turkish protests. The Goeben has also left Turkey.
