DESCRIPTIVE LADIES' FASHIONS. It is really superfluous to r e mind our friends that Fashion in all branches continues under restrain- Simplicity and economy are the 1 ■a-llug features. Long overcoats aro timely for early spring when weather conditions are not always congenial.
