MURMAN REGION.
ALLIED AGREEMENT.!

LONDON, Wednesday.
A Russian wireless report gives the text of the agreement between Great Britain, the United States, France, and tho Murman Regional Council, providing for co-ordinate action, for the defence of the Murman region against the German coalition powers. The agreement describes tho region as tho former Alxandrovsk district of the province of Archangelsk, and provides: That the Entente Powers shall equip and instruct the Russian armed forces* of Murmansk, which, it is; • shall bo under Riissiain command. The Entente Powers s,hali.undertakenot to interfere with Murman internal affairs. The Regional Council shall undertake energetic precautions against, espionage. ■The: Entente ; ,sha3l.:nji.'dertake. to secure food : .and;; staple ,requirements for Murman.. population, .and also the* necessary technical equipment and financial assistance for the Murman authorities,,-. : ■--,•_ ■,;.>. •;- The "'agreement- is binding until nor* mal relations between Russia and tho central authority .jot.-. the .one part andS tho Murmansk Council and the Entente Powers of the other part are re-estab-lished". The Entente Powers disclaim l any idea of conquering any part of Murmansk, and jointly -with tho Murmansk Council declare that the only object of tho agreement is to guard Murman integrity for a great united Russia.
