MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
MASTERTON—THURSDAY. (Before Mr L. G. Reid, S.M.) DEBT CASES. Sitting in civil jurisdiction at the Masterton Magistrate's Court this morning, Mr L. G. Reid, S.M., _ gave judgment for plaintiff by default in the following cases: —• Dr. Maunsell v. C. L. Griffiths, £10 13s (d, balance of account; G. 11. Perry and Co v. Prank Evans, £2 7s 4d; Dr. Mauusell v Percy Corbett, £2 18s; T. A. Wrig.'ey v. Denis Quaine, £6. In a judgment summons ease, Henry Eagle was ordered to pay Dr. Mauusell n, sum of £4 It's at the rate of 10s a week, in default three days' imprisonment.
