A deputation from the Wool and Textile Association waited on Sir Albert Stanley (President of the Board of Trade) respecting the Imports and Exports ('outnil P.ill. asking that the control of wool lie not continued three years after the war, and suggesting that, the terms be six or twelve months, with an extension if necessary.

Sir'A.-Stanley replied that the Government was.not wedded to three years, bur the tonnage difficulty would not end with the war.
