EXCHANGE OF PRISONERS.

BERNE, Monday.
The Turkish and British delegates have sign r>3 an agreement for the exchange of incapacitated prisoners, on the basis of a low schedule of disability.
A preliminary exchange of 1000 Australian and British for 1500 Turks, and the repatriation of civilians of nonmilitary age, have been arranged.
