(Received Monday, 9.40 a.m.) THE HAGUE, Sunday. | / Official: Two officers and eighteen of the Elbing's crew, together with ' ifctßritish surgeon, have been liberated in accordance with the Red Cross invention, because the rescuing trawler had not comr ~ated with the warships. (The Ebling was a German crriser which was lost in the battle.)
