NEUTRAL SHIPS WARNED.
ACCIDENTS WILL JIAPPKN.
AMSTERDAM, Friday
The German Admiralty, which has signified its intention of destroying all merchant ships in British Avaters, Avarns neutrals not to entrust passengers, crews or goods to British vessels. Neutral ships, it says, Avill incur danger oAving to Britain's misuse of neutral flags, Avhich Avas ordered on ."January 31st. Accidents in naval warfare cannot ahvays be avoided, but traffic around the Shetlands, the east part of the North Sea, and a strip of at least thirty knots along the coast of Holland will not be endangered.
