A TOTAL OF 60,000 MEN

Mr Pearce (Minister of War) anticipates that tho Australasians' brush Avith the Turks in Egypt will result in a notable revival in recruiting. He points out that Avith the departure of the April contingent »the expeditionary forces, including those in the Pacific, -will reach a total of 60,000. Tho new contingent Avill not mark the limit of Australia's effort.
