MEETING OF DIRECTORS.
The regular meeting of directors was held at the close of the general meeting. Mr H. J. O'Leary presided. As Mr O'Leary desired to be relieved of the chairmanship, it was decided that Mr F. J. Huun be appointed chairman. Mr Winzenberg also asked that another director be appointed in his place. Mr T. Jenkins was appointed vice-chair-man. Mr Hunn moved that the directors place on record their appreciation of tho good services rendered to the society by tho late chairman, Mr O'Leary, during his chairmanship and long connection with the society, and hope to see him long on the directorate. The motion was carried by acclamation. A number of new shares wore allotted.
