REBELLION IN NYASALAND
RINGLEADERS EXECUTED
SITUATION NOW WELL IN HAND

LONDON, Sunday,
Official: A rebellion occurred at Nyasaland on .January L'.'ird. Three whites were killed. At Magomera several women and children were carried off, but they were subsequently released. A'store at Blantyre was raided and the watchman killed. Arms and ammunition wore seized. Several of the ringleaders have been arrested and three have been executed.
The chief leader has not yet been captured.
The situation is now well in hand. (Nyasalaud is in British Central Af rica.)
